Employer wellbeing is a little bit like the Wild West. There’s a lot of potential, but identifying the strategy, goals and evaluation methods can seem convoluted and vague at best.
While we work with most employers through their Benefit Brokers or Health Plans, if an employer is mature enough in their wellbeing strategy, we will work direct with an employer in a large capacity. We consult with leadership to develop strategies and programs to support it, ranging from engagement initiatives, leadership messaging, PR/Media/Marketing campaigns, messaging, socializing and staff training, keynotes and workshops.
